Three original lessons are available to explore with your class:
Addo lesson presented by video
One of the most popular lessons in Maths 300 is Addo and it can now be viewed in video format. We present a full thirty-minute coverage of how the lesson can be delivered in a classroom, with practical pointers about identifying key mathematical moments and using carefully selected pedagogical techniques.
Ideal as a professional learning stimulus for both individuals and groups.
We would like to thank the students and staff at Parkside Primary School in South Australia for their support in the filming.
This three-minute video introduces AAMT’s core principles of professional learning in mathematics using Addo as an example.
